Shannon Hudson-Odoi - Mental Health Specialist
Ms. Hudson-Odoi began her career as a Therapeutic Day Treatment Specialist, providing intensive in-school behavioral and mental health support to identified students, while earning her Master’s degree in School Counseling. She served as an elementary school counselor for 7 years providing a comprehensive school counseling program based on the American School Counselor Association national model through classroom lessons, small group counseling and individual counseling working with a diverse population.
In her current role, she serves as a Mental Health Specialist, Student Support Teams providing coaching and support to school support team members regarding school-based strategies to promote the improved social/emotional, academic, career and behavioral functioning of students through an anti-racist and equity framework. She earned her Masters in Education: Guidance and Counseling from American Public University and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, photography and spending time with her family.

Muktaru Jalloh - Educator/Mental Health Advocate
Muktaru Jalloh is a "teacha, storyteller and selekta" whose passions lie in the liberation of Black boys and young men. After earning his Bachelors and Masters degrees, Muktaru served as teacher and mentor for five years in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
It was one of his greatest joys to create a learning experience for students that was rooted in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices, culturally-responsive curriculums, social and emotional learning strategies and most importantly, a focus on postsecondary success. During this time, he was also able to enhance and strengthen his mentorship skills as a coach, interventionist and family aide.
In 2022, Muktaru decided to leverage these skills, take a step of faith and build something of his own. With his soon to be announced initiative, he'll be streamlining his passions and offering a 3-tier model of services in education consulting, behavior modification and intervention-based coaching and transformative retreat experiences for Black boys and young men that focus on navigating Black masculinity, mental health and most importantly, healing.

Shermayne Moore, Ph.D., NCSP
Shermayne Moore graduated Magna Cum Laude from Howard University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After completing a year-long Post baccalaureate Fellowship conducting research in the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development at the National Institutes of Health, she went on to complete her Master of Education and Doctor of Philosophy in School Psychology at Pennsylvania State University. She brings more than a decade of experience working in elementary and secondary school settings, with students in both public and private schools, providing both direct and indirect services.
Her interests and areas of expertise include the following: child psychopathology, multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), response to intervention, disproportionality, multicultural counseling, and systems and organizational consultation. Having led and overseen a northern Virginia school system’s student referral and special education eligibility processes, she is very familiar with the special education process. As a mental health professional, Shermayne loves to see when systems effectively collaborate, resulting in improved academic, behavioral, social, and emotional outcomes for students.
Shermayne is a native of Lansdale, PA, a suburb just outside of Philadelphia. She is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan and loves a good Philly cheesesteak. She is a proud mother and in her spare time, enjoys working out, reading, and baking.

Jeremy Patterson
Jeremy is a graduate of Norfolk State University where he received his Bachelors and Masters in Social Work. He has worked with youth and families in the Human Service field for more than 15 years.
He is currently employed as an outpatient therapist and school social worker assisting countless families along the way. He has conducted various types of youth /adult groups in his career. He has also served as a volunteer coaching youth sports and also a motivational speaker on a plethora of topics. Jeremy is passionate about his work as a mental health clinician and takes pleasure in empowering others as they strive to better their lives.

Jaime Frimpong, LCSW
Jaime Frimpong is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in various roles in social work. She has worked in child welfare, schools, criminal justice, mental health, hospitals and neurological rehabilitation. She enjoys working with children, adults and families. Jaime has experience in case management, leading support groups, providing therapy, conducting assessments, advocating, and educating clients and colleagues.
Jaime is passionate about working with individuals and families experiencing grief, trauma and dealing with life transitions. She values being present, growing hope and working towards clients goals.
She has her Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in both Psychology and Sociology from Milligan University. Education and continual learning are important aspects of her life.

Khalila Walker
Khalila Walker is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for developing relationships and empowering others as they overcome life’s challenges. She has 7 years of experience working with at-risk adolescents, young adults, and families in the community, school, and recovery programs.
Khalila utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to navigate through topics including life transitions, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship conflicts, stress management, and substance abuse. She is committed to ensuring a safe environment to promote growth and healing.
Khalila graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2016 and received her Masters in Social Work degree from Walden University in 2002.
Khalila enjoys spending time with her loved ones and family game days.
